Jason Wodicka (They/Them or He/Him)
Jason has spent almost twenty years in the tech industry. In that time, they've been a teacher, a test engineer, a development manager, a software engineer, and performed one ill-advised attempt at program management. In their time at Amazon, Instructure, and Karat, they've performed around a thousand technical interviews, but who's counting? Today, Jason is at Karat, working to open doors into the tech industry by creating a more fair and predictive interview process. They live with their husband in the drizzly paradise of Seattle.
